Current alpha boundary

Monitoring data can describe utilization. Current alpha evidence does not provide verified billing ingestion, allocation or monetary savings. See the current operator guide.

Proposed capability

Evaluate read-only billing imports and explicit allocation rules with source currency, reporting period and freshness.

Evidence required

Reconcile imported totals to provider records and test credits, duplicate exports, delayed charges and missing ownership.

Non-goals

No purchases, resource creation, financial advice or cost-saving promises from local utilization samples.

Contribution entry

Bring a concrete workflow and a reproducible failure to the contribution process. Agree the smallest contract and acceptance evidence before implementation. Return to the roadmap.
